At the heart & soul of avasauthentics I aspire to create a space where you are seen, felt, & heard. A safe haven that honors vulnerability + sensitivity as a powerful force within you. Not something to hide or fear. Our time spent together is rooted in presence that moves through a deep sense of love & compassion. We are not only working towards the physical vitality of the skin but the psychological & spiritual aspects as well. Through a holistic approach we dive into the mind, body, & spirit to release outdated beliefs + embrace self acceptance. Inviting each other to show up exactly as we are in the moment — free of judgement. Creating a truly immersive experience tailored to your skin & souls needs — we take our time nourishing the nervous system + awakening the 5 senses. Maybe even the 6th ;) Each session calls you to soften deeper & deeper into homeostasis allowing the mind, body, & spirit to harmonize. My passion for traditional Chinese medicine is weaved into my practice through a multitude of modalities. Each session is an invitation to dive deeper into my practice, as well as your own — discovering what the body is communicating with the mind. Through massage, reflexology, breath-work, guided meditation, & much more, we are listening for those moments when tension releases & the body exhales. To find the extraordinary in the ordinary, I like to offer oracle card pulls, as well as, current astrological themes to guide the intentions of a service.
